St Matthew's CE Primary School

ST MATTHEW'S CE PRIMARY LEARNING RESOURCE CENTRE

TECHNOLOGY LEADS THE WAY IN THIS LRC

When St Matthew's CE Primary School in Telford first approached us for a consultation about their library, it was the start of quite a journey because the room we initially measured up was not even a room; it was a courtyard.

However, their plans changed and they eventually decided to install the library in an existing room.

The design we came up with brought alive their vision of creating an aspirational space that would be a hub of innovative teaching methods, utilising all the latest technology to enrich the learning experience of the children in the school.

Children love settling down on the rug and beanbags in front of the integral curved seat as they listen to the latest adventures of their favourite characters, whilst the Reading Den provides a cosy spot for individual reading.

Tablet and Laptop Zone
A specious oval table with stylish birch operator's chairs makes an eye-catching alternative to dull straight desking.
