Invoices are issued at time of despatch and payment is due within 30 days. Payment terms may differ for customers who are not a school or local authority. We accept payment by cheque or BACS only and we do not have facilities to take credit card payments. WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND? Our furniture and seating is made to order so we cannot accept changes or cancellations less than four weeks prior to despatch. Rugs and beanbags may be returned if in perfect and unused condition but return carriage is charged to the customer. WHAT ARE YOUR GUARANTEE PERIODS? Shelving & book display items : 5 years. Beanbags, rugs and operator’s chairs: 12 months. Postura+ chairs: 20 years. Seating & upholstery: 2 years. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS? Our standard delivery times are: Beanbags & Rugs: 2-3 weeks. Furniture & Seating: 6 weeks These are approximate and may increase at busy times. Delivery times can also be affected by exceptional circumstances which may impact on supply chain and staffing. As standard we do not deliver during school holidays. If in doubt, contact us to discuss delivery dates before placing your order. We aim to deliver all items in perfect condition but please notify us of any damages within 24 hours of receipt. HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED? We offer three levels of delivery to suit different needs: KERBSIDE DELIVERY Small items sent boxed by courier. Larger items and shelving are sent flat-packed on pallets. IMPORTANT: Pallets are delivered as close to the school as the driver can get the lorry. Drivers are not contracted to move pallets indoors, unwrap and offload items or remove rubbish. Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery. Large items may need two people. We will call before despatch so you know when to expect delivery. If an undamaged delivery is refused on the agreed date, a new date will be arranged and a redelivery charge will apply. VAN DELIVERY Our driver will deliver your items, offload them from the van and carry them into the building. Does not include assembly, unpacking or removal of rubbish. COST Free of charge for orders over £295 to most mainland UK addresses. There is a £20 post and packing charge for orders under £295. A surcharge may apply for deliveries to Scotland, Highlands, Northern Ireland, Islands or overseas – call for a quote. Timed delivery upgrade surcharge is £25.
